TeHCon
Team H Consultants (TeHCon) is an upcoming start-up in the seeding and boot strapping phase. This is a healthcare consultancy project which will focus on the following domains and will include human skills and technology to solve problems in healthcare and help achieve SDG in Asia and globally. The services will range from providing digital health expertise and support for the development of various health systems and will use advanced technology including blockchain.
The core management and the advisory team includes healthcare and technical experts in the fields of digital health, health informatics, blockchain, healthcare, microbiology, pharma, cybersecurity and academia.

As a digital health and innovations expert, I work with an international team of experts from Germany, Austria and Estonia. Some key activities include:

La Data Fountain (LaDaFo)
Problem statement:
Discarded diagnostic medical data can be aggregated to improve healthcare, advance our understanding of disease processes, identify correlations and relationships between symptoms, and provide highly valuable indicators of public health
Proposal:
Digital assets such as aggregated datasets and algorithms for generating personalized health insights are tokenized and access controlled using a private fork of the Ocean market
Our solution:
We propose a “Data Passport” mobile application that allows researchers to publish quests for participation in scientific studies, and for participants to securely share their personal health data and obtain high quality personalized reports.
The Data Passport is powered by a back-end data fountain pipeline that unleashes medical lab data lakes, addresses privacy issues, supports interoperable standards for science data sharing, and connects research participants with scientists.

In this project in Albania, as a digital health and innovations expert, I provide a 3-tier consultancy services. These include:

To contribute with a “concept note” for developing digital tools and databases which will be used to collect, store and analyze program data.

To identify the best e-learning platform for teachers and supervise the new e-learning platform of the project.

To collaborate with the local ICT Company and in close contact with the project team and other short-term experts for developing effective digital tools.
